• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Time

• Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days for most locations across India.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer's location, courier availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

• We offer FREE shipping on prepaid orders.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are subject to a COD handling fee, which will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and/or email.
• You can track your shipment using the provided tracking details.

Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts.
• If the order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the shipment, the order may be returned to us.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct while placing the order. Aishri will not be responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect customer information.

Damaged Package

If the package appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse the delivery (if possible) or contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
